Every fire from our Premier range comes with a 5 year guarantee. This is because we have the utmost confidence in our range of premier products. Not only because of the exacting nature of our product design process, nor due to our stringent quality control standards, but because each and every fire is tested before it leaves the factory.

Expert care

This is maintained by Wonderfire Premier's customer service operation. Should you experience any mechanical problems whilst your fire is in the warranty period we will send out one of our expert engineers to rectify the problem free of charge.

Servicing

All Gas fires require a 12 monthly service to check ongoing safety. We can help you keep track of this, serviced through the local retailer who supplied and installed your new fire. And as long as these annual services are completed by a gas safe registered engineer of your choice, then your fire will be covered by the 5 year guarantee.
